Parent Teacher Conferences

October 6 & 7, 2011

We will have parent teacher conferences on Thursday, October 6 in the evening from 4:00 until 7:30 and Friday, October 7 in the morning, from 7:30 until 11:00 a.m., except the following teachers who will not be available Thursday. They will be available all day Friday.

These conferences are designed so that you can speak with any of your child’s teachers. Teachers will be available in their classrooms to discuss your child’s progress with you. We ask for your cooperation in keeping your conversations brief. In order to serve everyone, each conference must be limited to a few minutes. If you believe that you will need more than the allotted time to discuss your child with teachers, I encourage you to contact his/her counselor to set up a more formal appointment.

In order to accommodate all parents we are assigning conference times based on the last name of students. Although we hope that you will not have to wait to speak with a teacher, as always, we will need your patience, if some delays do occur.

You may find it most effective if you come early during your assigned time period. Please come at the time listed below that corresponds with the first letter of your child’s last name for Thursday or Friday.
