One rain barrel per school.
The artistic rain barrels from the 25 participating schools will be displayed from April 15-21st at Mason's Founders Hall. The rain barrels will be judged and auctioned off
at Mason's "Earth Week Community Fair" at our Arlington Campus on Sunday,
April 21, 2013. The winning barrel designs will receive a cash prize donation
to their school PTA courtesy of Water Management, Inc. Proceeds from the silent auction will benefit the Arlington County Council of PTAs' Scholarship Fund and Mason's Early Identification Program.

It is a national celebration of Dr. Seuss’ birthday and an opportunity to honor the love of reading. At Claremont, we are celebrating by inviting people from our community to read to our students in Spanish and in English in their classrooms in the morning. We are delighted to have many of you coming, as well as some guest readers from the Arlington community.

We hope you will be able to join us tonight at our SPARK Art Exhibit, "Embracing Connections: Knowledge, the Arts, and World Citizenship" in Shirlington. We have 40 Claremont students exhibiting work at the Signature Theater, Shirlington Public Library, and Busboys and Poets. We will have a short reception at Busboys and Poets at 7:00 pm tonight. Please join us!
